Reviewers: Tom and Yvette Willson Reviewer Profile: We are 1st time cruisers in our early 30s. This cruise in celebration of Yvette’s graduation from law school and her passing the Bar Exam in Michigan . Our goal was to see as much of the Caribbean as possible so that we would know where to return in the future. We considered a number of 7 and 10 day cruises from HAL, RCCL, Princess, and Celebrity. We chose this cruise because it had the most port-intensive itinerary offered by any cruise line. We also liked Celebrity’s reputation for putti classy product with great food and service. We have no children, and prefer the quieter, more romantic aspects of cruising - moonlight, dancing, etc. We don’t care for the “Las Vegas”-_style_ song and dance shtick most cruise lines call entertainment. We chose late seating so that we wouldn’t have to miss the sunset, and could get a good soak in the hot tub every night while we left port. (Unfortunately, the combination of late seating dinners and early morning port calls made staying up for the midnight buffet nearly impossible! More on that later.) Logistics and Pre-Cruise Package: We bought into a 1 night pre-cruise package that included a stay at the El San Juan hotel. This was an excellent decision that we would recommend to anyone sailing out of San Juan. The ESJ is absolutely marvelous! It deserves to be considered one of the top hotels in the world. Our pool-side cabana offered easy access to all of the wonderful amenities of the ESJ’s grounds
